In 2019 we purchased 24-acres of raw land to develop our farm at 4555 Millersport Highway in East Amherst. Unfortunately, lots of red tape has slowed that progress, but we will eventually make that dream come alive for our Farmland. See what work has been done so far at the Farmland below.
In 2022 we realized we were soon going to be at our growing capacity and with our Millersport development not being able to move ahead quickly enough, we set out to find a larger facility to meet our needs. We found that Indoor Grow Facility at 485 Cayuga Road in Cheektowaga. Below you’ll see photos of the transformation of a blank canvas to a state-of-the-art Indoor Vertical Farm that opened in February 2023.
Also, in February 2023 we began work in our Pizzeria on Chandler Street. That too started as an empty space that we were able to customize as we wished. It turned out exactly as we had hoped – as a warm, welcoming open-concept cooking space with an industrial-edge and a large chef’s table suitable for not only our restaurant customers, but also perfect for small private events.
